About This Project
This sports center is located in a repurposed industrial building in Taiyuan ( China ) . The project started with the aim of salvaging most of the outer shell of the dilapidated outer shell of a old brick industrial building . But after a lot of feasibility studies the idea was dropped and only the form of the building was to be maintained in a rebuilt fashion. The outer shape was to adhere to the existing outer shell of the building
