copper drives

About This Project

These are hand made thumb drives made out of combination of the two metals of copper and German silver. The heart of the thumb drive is a transcend usb drive which has been stripped out of its casing.

The casing was first made and then the drives were inserted into them. The real breakthrough in the casing is the joint technology without which this would not be possible.

Graphics on the drives was done by a friend of mine. The graphics have been etched using a mask and etching. All the fabrication was done manually using hand tools .
