Ekaggart Singh Kalsi
The proposl was made for a invited competition for a developer in Wuhan central China.The overall master plan consists of small , mid rise and high rise office blocks with a few housing blocks on the eastern side. The tallest towers are the part of the phaze 2 of the project and form a kind of front face and identity to the overall scheme. There is a elevated bicycle path which loops though the entire project and links it together. Phaze 2 of the project also links the project to the future metro station and forms a underground plaza making a more pleasing transisition from the subway to the project. The smaller office blocks are grouped together to form smaller indiviudal courtyards which then open into a grand pedestian path running like a spine in the center of the phaze 1 part.
My role was the concept design of the south-east plot.
